This revolver is in good functioning condition and the bore on this revolver is in good condition, however, please note that there are dings, scratches and scuffs throughout the surface of this gun. The colt Walker was the largest, most powerful pistol until it was de-throned by the .357 in the 1930's. The Colt Walker was created in the mid-1840s in a collaboration between Texas Ranger Captain Samuel Hamilton Walker and American firearms inventor Samuel Colt. Samuel Walker wanted a pistol that was not only powerful at close range, but could also dispatch the horse upon which the enemy rode.
