For sale is a Spanish Astra Model 1915 "Ruby" semi-automatic pistol in .32 ACP. Serial number- 1225. This pistol is in good condition especially considering how old it is, but be sure to see the photos to assess the condition for yourself. Also to note, this pistol does not include a magazine and the serial number is located under the grip panel. It is possible that this pistol was manufactured after WWI.

Right at the onset of WWI in August of 1914, The French realized that they would need a large amount of small arms to equip the Army that was being mobilized against the Germans. They immediately looked to Spain for handguns in the Northwest part of the country where there was a long-established weapons industry. One design was selected a 7.65mm (.32 auto) based upon the FN Model 1903. It was made by Gabilondo y Urresti and was called the Ruby Pistol.
