For sale is a Smith & Wesson Model 669 semi automatic pistol in 9mm. Serial number- TAJ4159. This 669 is in good condition and comes with a hardcase and one magazine. The 669 is an early model in Smith and Wesson's well-regarded 59-series, envisioned as pistols that could be easily concealed, but possessed sufficient firepower to serve as service weapons. In the mid 1980s, S&W released two alloy-framed compact versions of the 59 series; the 469 (blued or nickel finish) and 669 (stainless finish). It is a traditional double-action pistol with a 3.5-inch barrel, equipped with a slide-mounted safety/decocker. Magazine capacity is 12 rounds.
