For sale is a Smith & Wesson 686-3 revolver in .357 Magnum. Serial number- BEP2912. This 686-3 is in good condition and features a stainless finish and wood grips. It has a tight lockup, and timing is on. Smith & Wesson introduced the Model 686 in 1981. It is the stainless steel version of the 586, which was a blued steel finish. Smith & Wesson L-Frame revolvers are built to suit the demands of the most serious firearms enthusiast. As police officers and hunters will attest, this firearm is made to withstand heavy use.
