It comes with the original wood grip panels and 3 magazines (one mag is S&W- the other two are off-brand). Please note: There are some minor surface blemishes on the grips. Smith & Wesson aggressively worked with the US Army to develop a new pistol and when the military decided to stay with 1911, this new weapon went on sale to the civilian market as the first generation of semi-automatic pistols.
