For sale is a Sig Sauer P228 semi-automatic pistol in 9mm. Serial number-B262632. This pistol is in great condition and comes with the original case, manual, cleaning kit, factory test target, and two 10 round magazines. The "KG" stamp on the frame leads us to believe that this pistol was manufactured in 1996. A compact version of the P226, the P228, is in use with various law enforcement agencies and also with the US military, where it is designated as the M11. The P228 was thought to be the first compact pistol.
