For sale is a Sig Sauer P228 semi-automatic pistol in 9mm. Serial number- B219680. Manufactured in Germany in 1994, this P228 is in excellent condition, features a de-cocker along with the grip, an exposed hammer, and comes with three 10-round magazines, extra grips, and a hard case with a manual inside. This P228 also features a "KE" stamp indicating a 1994 manufacture date and a proof mark from the Kiel proof house in West Germany. A compact version of the P226, the P228, is in use with various law enforcement agencies and also with the US military, where it is designated as the M11. The P228 was thought to be the first compact pistol.
