Baikal is a subsidiary of Izhevsk. Imported by B-West in Arizona. Manufactured by Imez at the Izhevsk factory, The IJ70 is one of the most sought-after Russian-made commercial model Makarov pistol. Most well known for being carried by Russian military and police during the Cold War era, the Makarov pistol is a sought after item and makes a great addition to any collection.
