Ruger “Old Model” Single-Six – .22 Mag

Ruger “Old Model” Single-Six – .22 Mag

$749.00

For sale is a Ruger Old Model Single-Six revolver in .22 Mag. Serial number- 412746. This revolver is in good condition and after running a serial number lookup, we believe this revolver was manufactured in 1956. It is a convertible model but comes with the .22 Mag Cylinder only! The rugged reliability and the safe carrying characteristics of the Ruger Single-Six Convertible Single-Action Revolver make it a superb sidearm to take along on most outdoor adventures, including backpacking, fishing, and big game hunting. The Single-Six is also a fun gun for plinking and a great choice for teaching shooters the fundamentals of handgun shooting.

Please note: due to the age of this revolver, this revolver does not have a transfer bar. Prior to 1973, the Single-Six was produced without the transfer bar mechanism, making it less safe to carry with all six chambers loaded, and with the hammer resting on a loaded chamber.
