The EC9s is simple and instinctive to use in stressed situations, utilizing a striker-fired mechanism, with a short, light, crisp trigger pull. Front and rear sights are integrally machined to the slide to provide intuitive target/sight acquisition with incredibly durable sights that won’t get knocked out of alignment. The pistol’s frame is constructed with glass-filled nylon with an aluminum insert; and the grip is checkered to provide a solid, nonslip hold. The slide is made from hardened alloy steel with a black finish, and the slide’s sharp edges have been removed for enhanced concealability.
