For sale is a Remington Model 11-48 semi-automatic shotgun in .410 gauge. Serial number- 4132147. This shotgun features a 3" chamber and a fixed IMP CYL choke. The "NP" stamp leads us to believe that this shotgun was manufactured in 1953. Please refer to the photos as there are some minor cracks in the forend and rusting on metal surfaces, and nicks and dings in the wood. The Model 11-48 is a long-recoil operated semi-automatic shotgun based on the Model 11, itself based on an 1898 design by John Browning.
