For sale is a Winchester Model 101 Pigeon Grade Lightweight Engraved 2 barrel set over-under shotgun in 28ga/.410ga. Serial number- HS2-147E. This shotgun is in excellent condition and includes the original Winchester locking case with key, 2 barrels, choke tool, manual, and 4 chokes. Two Barrel Set! 28GA has 2 3/4″ Chambers and threaded Winchokes (M,F,IMP CYL, SK) The .410 GA has 3″ Chambers and fixed Full & MOD chokes. Has ejectors. PLEASE NOTE: There are some minor blemishes/pitting on the 28Ga barrel as seen in the pictures, but it does not appear to be deep and is covered by the forend. Other than that this whole set is in amazing condition! Only 250 sets were made! With the discontinuance of the Model 101 and its many variations, both dealers and collectors have created a lot more demand for this model recently. As a result, prices have escalated and the scramble is on to try and pick off these rare and desirable variations. Since there have been a lot of limited editions and production changes in the 101 O/U series, this model has become very collectible.
