For sale is a Marlin Model 42 semi automatic rifle in .22 LR. Serial number- 27334380. This Model 42is in good condition and comes with one magazine. Features an 18" micro groove barrel with an excellent bore. Also has a "JM" stamp indicating manufacture by the original Marlin Firearms team. The Marlin Model 42 is a rebranded Model 70 that was manufactured by Marlin for the Coast to Coast Stores brand, similar to the rifles manufactured for and sold by Sears.
