For sale is an Ithaca M49 lever-Action rifle in .22 S/L/LR. Serial number- 490369465. The Ithaca M49 was a small, single-shot lever-action rifle, w/ a false magazine tube beneath the barrel. Made from 1961 to 1979. Introduced in 1961, about 31,000 were sold the first year. At just under $20, it was perfect for the market as it resembled a Winchester, but wasn’t more than a kid could handle.
