Hawes Western Six-Shooter – .22Cal

For sale is a Hawes Western Six-Shooter in .22 Cal. Serial number- 72082. This Hawes Six-Shooter functions fine and has a very good bore with strong rifling. The face of the cylinder is in great condition and doesn't appeared to have been damaged by dry-firing. The hard-wood grips are in good condition and don't appear to have any cracks. This revolver shows holster wear and worn bluing. The cylinders of these Hawes revolvers were made of Zamak (a type of zinc alloy) with steel inserts. See pics for exact condition. The Hawes Western Six-Shooter was based on the 1873 Colt Single Action Army, the gun that "won the West".
