For sale is an Enfield No. 4 MK 2 bolt-action rifle in .303 British. Serial number-PF109365. This rifle is in good condition. All visible serial numbers appear to be matching, and the PF prefix of the serial number leads us to believe that the rifle was manufactured at the ROF Fazakerley factory in 1949. Please refer to the photos, as the bore is in great condition! But please note there is still cosmoline on the rifle, particularly on the front/rear sights and the screws. The No 4 Mk 2 bolt action rifle was the last variant of the .303 caliber Lee-Enfield rifle made in England. They were produced from 1949 to 1955 and used primarily by the British and Irish Armies before being replaced by the L1A1 self-loading rifle.
