For sale is a Deutsche Werke German Youth Rifle DDR Model 1 single-shot rifle in .22 Kurz. Serial number- N/A. German Youth Rifle, .22 Kurz caliber, manufactured by Deutsche Werke, Werk Erfurt, Germany between 1919 and 1939. Single-shot, tip-up breech for loading and ejecting shell; with bolt pull for cocking and safety. Deutsche Werke logo – a stylized "D" being formed by what is referred to as a "dormant lion" with the tail forming the "belly" of the D – inside a circle on breech-block and left side of the stock. PLEASE NOTE: The bore has rust and pitting present and should be cleaned and inspected before use. V1-C1 Barrel Length: 18.75 Bore condition: Poor
