For sale is a Colt Government Custom Talo Mexican Dragon Gold Edition 1911 semi-automatic pistol in .38 Super. Serial number- MEX019. This pistol is in excellent condition and is absolutely stunning! It comes with the original case, manual/paperwork, black rubber grip panels, a cable lock, and a 9-round Colt .38 Super Magazine. THIS IS NOT THE STANDARD COLT DRAGON. The first 25 of these were made with red jewels in the eye of the dragon and extra gold plating (as shown in the pictures). This firearm is serial number MEX019, making it the 19th one ever made! Extensive embellishment has been done to the current dragon. The stainless slide and frame are brightly polished. The intricate dragon design is selectively plated with 24k gold, copper, and silver and highlighted with deep etched black lines. Rubies were added to the eyes of the dragon (this only appears on the first 25 made in the 500 total). The barrel is polished at the chamber to complement the slide finish. The hammer, slide stop, barrel bushing, thumb safety, and mag release are all high polished. The hex-style grip screws are polished and coated in 24k gold.
