For sale is a BSA Enfield No 4 MK 1 (T) bolt-action sniper rifle in .303 British. Serial number- 7448. This rifle is in great condition and comes with the leather scope covers. All the serial numbers on the scope match! Even the serial numbers on the scope and the wrist just behind the action match, which means this is the original scope that was issued with this rifle (see all the serials in the photos). The Enfield No 4 MK 1 (T) is the sniper variant of the No4 MK1 for the British army during WWII. These Enfields were selected for their accuracy and then sent to the renowned London gun builder Holland & Holland, where the rifles were refitted into stock, added a cheek riser, and equipped with a No.32 Mk.3 scope. The Enfield sniper was so popular with British snipers that it saw continued use until the 1980s with various upgrades. However, this is a WWII variant with a 1943 date stamp on the wrist.
