This rifle has been upgraded with a Bear Creek Armory 16" heavy barrel black nitride w/ stainless steel spiral fluted 1:8 twist .223 Wylde barrel (.223 Wylde will shoot both 5.56mm and .223 ammunition), a Palmetto State Armory POF Ambidextrous Tomahawk Charging Handle, and a Palmetto State Armory bolt carrier group. The Omni Hybrid features a fully-patented metal reinforced polymer upper receiver along with a fully-patented metal reinforced polymer lower receiver.
